About us

Dr. Doug Chang is the founder of Community Dental and also the owner of DC Dental - a dental group with more than 10 locations in Phoenix, AZ. With over 20 years of owning a practice with multiple locations, Dr. Chang understands that there are many challenges for a dentist to become a practice owner, and one of the biggest challenge is Credentialing. When Dr Chang first started his dental practice, he was facing problems with credentialing since there are many insurances that requires different applications and information from him. Moreover, the processing time is ridiculous that takes months for him to be credentialed with an insurance. Therefore, Dr Chang has developed a software that can help him to apply, follow-up and manage credentialing for his doctors at the offices.
